It depends on your goals and setup. I can design programs for a full gym, a home gym with basic equipment, or even minimal equipment. We'll figure out the best approach during onboarding.
Most clients train 3–6 days per week depending on their schedule and goals. Your plan is built around your availability — not the other way around.
Absolutely. I'll adjust your program for hotel gyms, limited equipment, or even bodyweight-only sessions. Travel shouldn't derail your progress.
Tracking food is highly recommended for best results, but we'll discuss your comfort level and find an approach that works. Some clients track macros, others follow structured meal plans without counting.
